• Google User Data: When you connect your Google account, we access:
  • Basic profile information (name, email) through Google's userinfo and OpenID scopes
  • Gmail data, specifically for sending follow-up emails to leads (only when user-initiated)
  • Google Calendar data, specifically for creating follow-up meeting events (only when user-initiated)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain our services.
• To improve, personalize, and expand our services.
• To communicate with you, including for customer service, updates, and marketing.
• Google User Data: We use Google user data solely for specific, user-initiated functions:
  • Basic profile data: For account authentication and user identification
  • Gmail access: Exclusively for sending follow-up emails to leads when initiated by you through our power dialer app
  • Calendar access: Exclusively for creating follow-up meeting events when you schedule them through our platform

  Important Note: We do not use any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or machine learning models. This data is strictly used for providing the specific services requested by users.

  All Google data access complies with Google's Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

• We do not sell your personal information.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your data with trusted third-party partners to assist in providing our services (e.g., hosting, analytics).
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
• Google User Data: We only share this data to the extent necessary to provide services or as required by law, maintaining compliance with Google's Limited Use policy.

We only use functional/session cookies to improve user experience and maintain necessary functions of our service. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, this may affect your experience with VykoTalk.

We prominently display in-product privacy notifications within VykoTalk to keep users informed about how their data, including Google user data, is used. These notifications are easily accessible within our interface.
